The real estate regulatory agency (RERA) under the Dubai Land Department (DLD) has emphasized that all real estate companies must adhere to relevant terms and regulations when issuing advertisements.
This includes obtaining advertising permits and providing clients with accurate property information. Additionally, advertisements must contain QR codes to allow investors to identify and verify the related real estate data being advertised.
Dubai authorities have fined companies that violate the UAE's real estate advertising regulations, with 30 real estate companies suspected of violating advertising rules being fined 50,000 dirhams each.
