AJMAN REAL ESTATE

Ajman's real estate sector witnessed remarkable growth in March, with total transactions reaching an impressive $398 million, according to reports from WAM.

Official data indicates a substantial surge in real estate activity, with 1,169 transactions recorded during the month. This represents a significant uptick of nearly 50% compared to the same period last year. The total value of these transactions amounted to AED 1.46 billion.

Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Authority, highlighted the robust performance of the sector. He estimated the total transaction volume for the period to be AED 1.03 billion, emphasizing the highest sales in the Al Helio 1 area, totaling AED 72 million. Al Muhairi described Ajman's real estate sector as "thriving, marked by record numbers and outstanding performance."

Furthermore, mortgage transactions saw a notable increase, with 168 transactions recorded in March, totaling over AED 280 million. The highest mortgage value was reported in the Al Rawda 1 area, amounting to AED 20.9 million. According to official data, the community of Al Yasmeen recorded the highest transaction volume.

Al Muhairi attributed the sustained growth in sales to Ajman's appeal to investors across various real estate segments. He credited this success to the emirate's "competitive advantages and supportive investment environment." Notably, Ajman One emerged as the major project with the highest transaction volume in March.

The surge in real estate transactions underscores Ajman's position as a favorable investment destination, offering lucrative opportunities and a conducive business environment for investors. As the sector continues to thrive, it reaffirms Ajman's status as a key player in the regional real estate market.
