China-Guangdong-UAE Economic Summit: Boosting Trade and Investment Opportunities

The "China (Guangdong) - UAE Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange Conference and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Business Opportunity Promotion Conference" was successfully held in Dubai on May 14th, local time. Hosted by the Guangdong Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Guangdong Chamber of International Commerce, and organized by the UAE Guangdong Chamber of Commerce and the Economic and Trade Representative Office of Guangdong Province in the UAE, the event aimed to facilitate economic and trade exchanges between China's Guangdong province and the UAE.

The conference saw the presence of distinguished guests including Consul Yang Tao from the Chinese Consulate General in Dubai, Chen Xiaofeng, President of the Guangdong Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Zhang Qinwei, President of the UAE Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, Nawaf Mohammed Al Bahri, representing the UAE royal family, Chen Zhixiang, President of the UAE China Council for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification, Tang Zhengang, President of the UAE Chinese Business Council, and Xu Xiaoping, Acting Chairman and Secretary-General of the UAE Chinese Overseas Chinese Federation, among others. Over 100 representatives from Guangdong's economic and trade delegation, relevant Chinese-funded enterprises in the UAE, UAE business representatives, Chinese entrepreneurs in the UAE, and Chinese overseas organizations in the UAE attended the conference.


The event served as a platform for fostering closer economic ties between Guangdong and the UAE, as well as exploring business opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It provided a conducive environment for networking, dialogue, and collaboration among participants from both sides, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation and mutual benefit.
