Three Types of Personalities that are Bound to Fail Abroad - Hope It's Not You

On the journey of working abroad, there are successful individuals as well as those who face failures. Rather than focusing solely on success stories, I prefer analyzing the experiences of those who have struggled, as they often resonate more with ordinary people like us. When it comes to determining one's destiny, personality plays a significant role. People with unfavorable personalities are bound to face significant setbacks sooner or later abroad. Over the years, I've encountered various individuals, and I've observed that these three types of personalities are the most vulnerable to facing challenges abroad.

The first personality type that is prone to setbacks is those who are easily angered and irritable.

Working abroad inevitably comes with its fair share of frustrations. People who are quick to anger often display their displeasure openly and may even snap at others. Frankly speaking, we're all here to earn money, and nobody owes anyone anything. No one should be obligated to tolerate your bad temper.

In foreign countries, individuals with a short fuse and a tendency to overreact often find themselves constantly switching jobs. While others manage to save a substantial amount of money within a year, these individuals struggle to accumulate anything significant and are left feeling resentful.

It's particularly unfortunate for those who are inherently kind-hearted but have poor tempers. Despite having the potential for great development, their progress is hindered by their personality traits, resulting in continuous setbacks.

The second type of personality prone to setbacks is those who are gullible and overly trusting.

When striving abroad, it's essential to remember one thing: we're here to work and earn money. It's crucial to take what others say with a grain of salt; the ability to make friends isn't as important as ensuring financial stability. People who are gullible and easily give their trust often mistake others' pleasantries for genuine intentions. They may naively offer their help without realizing they're being taken advantage of. Only after experiencing repeated setbacks do they eventually come to their senses and undergo a transformation.

The third personality type prone to setbacks is those lacking self-control.

The days of working abroad can be tough and exhausting, and there isn't much room for leisure activities. While individuals with strong self-control prioritize rest and avoid activities like gambling and drinking, those lacking self-discipline make these vices the focal point of their lives. Throughout the year, they fail to save much money but engage in countless episodes of gambling and drinking. While they may appear to be enjoying themselves, they're actually jeopardizing their future. While they may manage to sustain their lifestyle temporarily, the harsh realities of life catch up with them sooner or later. Lack of self-control proves to be a nightmare for anyone.

Whether a person can succeed abroad often hinges on their personality. Your personality shapes your interactions with others and is reflected in your daily life. The best way to succeed is by emulating those with favorable personalities, firmly managing yourself, and avoiding learning from those with undesirable traits.

Additionally, remember the saying, "A good heart is reflected in one's appearance." People with a generous disposition often radiate happiness, while those with a gentle nature exude beauty. Conversely, individuals with a rough demeanor often have stern facial expressions. In reality, one's appearance isn't innate but is a reflection of long-term cultivation of the heart and behavior. These facial expressions also foreshadow one's future destiny. Never underestimate the impact of even the smallest events in life.
