More details released on UAE's first casino
Wynn Resorts Limited (WYNN) has released the latest images of its first beachfront resort, which will be built on a nearly 62-hectare island stretching into the Arabian Gulf.
While the resort's gaming facilities and services are highly anticipated, its CEO said earlier that the resort will also offer "a wealth of non-gaming amenities."
The developer and operator of the high-end hotel and casino said Wynn Al Marjan Island (Ras Al Khaimah) overlooks a white-sand beach with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the Hajar Mountains. The hotel will have 1,542 rooms and suites, including 22 private villas. "There will also be an expansive poolscape alongside the beach, including multiple pools and wading pools, water features, private cabanas and 3.6 hectares of tropical landscaping."
The resort will also include a 15,000-square-meter shopping plaza and a 7,500-square-meter conference and event center, making it the first Wynn hotel to be built on the beach.
