Consul General Ou Boqian Attends "Easier Payments for a Hassle-Free Trip to China" Seminar on Payment Facilitation in China
On May 10th, Consul General Ou Boqian attended the "Easier Payments for a Hassle-Free Trip to China" seminar on payment facilitation in China, held at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Dubai. The seminar introduced payment facilitation measures in China to foreign citizens from dozens of countries applying for visas to China. During the event, the "Guide to Payments in China" handbook was distributed and explained. Mona, the Chief Middle East Officer of VFS Global, the operator of the visa center, also attended the event, which was covered by local Chinese-language media and mainstream media in the UAE.
Ou Boqian stated that China remains committed to a high level of openness and always welcomes friends from around the world to visit, conduct business, invest, and study in China. Over the past year, the number of foreigners traveling to China has significantly increased. To enhance the work and living experience of foreign nationals in China, eliminate payment obstacles, and address consumption challenges, the Chinese government has implemented a series of payment facilitation measures.
