In the first quarter of this year, Sharjah's real estate sector achieved transactions totaling AED 10 billion, marking a 67.1% increase compared to the same period last year. There were 6,146 sales transactions, up from 3,011 in the previous year.
Investors from 94 different countries have invested in Sharjah, with UAE citizens making total investments of AED 4.4 billion across 7,628 properties. Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens, excluding Emiratis, invested AED 625.5 million in 347 properties. Investors from other countries contributed AED 2.8 billion, acquiring 1,739 properties.
